Camp Ne-O-Tez Update – Spring 2008

Thank you for your support of Camp Ne-O-Tez this past year.   We had an outstanding summer camping season last year.  We offered seven different camping sessions.  The funds raised from our annual membership drive help us with upkeep expenses during the off season.

Your support is essential to our mission: “Training Youth to Walk with Christ”.

Spring Is Calling Us Back To Ne-O-Tez

In not too many weeks hundreds of children will begin their summer week-long walk with Christ. This unusual spring has also brought us a lot of work to prepare for a summer of safe Christian camping. We hope and pray that you can join us at Camp Ne-O-Tez during our upcoming Saturday work days from 9 am to 5 pm on:

  • May 10th: Working on repair projects
  • May 17th: Cleaning camping facilities
  • May 31st: Cleaning Lodge and Kitchen

All types of workers are needed at any skill level. Please join with us in this our 45th year of “Training Youth to Walk with Christ”.

Five Year Capital Campaign

This is the fourth year of our 5-year capital campaign.    We have a real need to raise capital for major expenditures at the camp facility.   Each year at the annual dinner a new print for that year will be released.   At the March 2003 dinner the first print of Crystal Falls was made available.   At the 2004 dinner the second print was made available.  It is of Stone Castle.  At the 2005 dinner, the "Friends from Cabin 5" print was introduced. Each image in the series is intended to focus on areas of Camp that are loved and generate special memories.   All monies raised from this campaign are going directly to improvements at Camp and not to support any administrative expenses.   The prints are $100 each.
